On January 8, Fisher-Price Inc. recalled about 800,000 Newborn Rock ‘n Play Sleepers over concerns that mold could develop between the product’s plastic frame and the removable seat cushion if it gets and stays moist in that area and isn’t cleaned right away. Should an infant become exposed to the mold, infections, such as respiratory illness, may occur.

Already, the manufacturer has received 600 reports of mold growth. 16 consumers said their babies had to be treated for their families receive the compensation they are owed for the harm that they have suffered from negligent manufacturers, sellers, and distributors.
